  • Handling end to end Corporate Recruitment of various Line of Business like Solution Delivery, Quality Assurance, Forward R &D, ICE (International Center of Excellence), Customer service, IT, Training, and Support in Telecom Domain (BSS/OSS)
  • Working on entire Recruitment Cycle
  • Discussing the hiring strategies and techniques with the Hiring manager
  • Getting approval from the Business head and posting the requisition
  • Sourcing candidates from the job board and the internal job data base
  • Phone screen the applicants and provide the quality candidates to hiring manager
  • Schedule in person interview with the hiring manager and the interviewing team
  • Communicate the feedback to the applicants and send appropriate notifications
  • Discuss and extend the Offer to the candidates
  • Handle On-boarding and joining formalities of the candidates
  • Follow up with the Hiring manager and candidates to understand there experience with the recruiting process
  • Weekly reports, training and promoting ideation techniques
  • Efficient use of Social Media, Job Portals, Referrals, consulting firms to identify and secure the right talent
  • Updating candidate daily conversation details, Like candidate’s career goals, Interests , Reasons for leaving the organisations, Validation points, recent project details, Current and Expected CTC, Notice Period, In house availabilities, etc.
  • Into the in house recruitment tool called HRRS
  • Share across the Job Description to the candidate and schedule him/her for in person interview taking 1st round of HR discussion with the candidate
  • Scheduling Face to Face to validate and understand things like, Genuinity, Personality, Punctuality , Confidence , and his current need and interest before submitting his his/her profile to business
  • Interview Follow up’s and Confirmations
  • Collecting the details of the potential Candidate, and at the same time analyzing his communication skills, attitude, understanding his motivation level for looking into the opportunities and scheduling the interviews
  • Coordinating with the interview panel and swiftly communicating the feedback to the interview candidates
  • Collecting and verifying the necessary documents of the shortlisted candidate before the offer release
  • Negotiating the salaries based on organization policies probably without any deviation in the hike of the salary
  • Engaging the candidates by sharing the organizational updates till they join and guiding them in the pre- joining formalities
  • Conducting walk-in interviews
  • Maintaining of a weekly POFU Tracker of the team: Post Offer Follow Up, Which helps us to understand and ensure the proper proper follow up is done, with regards to documents collection, Last working day confirmations, Joining and Drop Ratios.
