As a leader at MAX, leading multiple teams totaling 28 members, a prominent African mobility start-up headquartered in Nigeria with operations spanning Nigeria, Cameroon, Togo, and Ghana, I spearheaded initiatives resulting in substantial operational enhancements and revenue growth. I orchestrated a seamless activation pipeline, significantly bolstered collection rates, and enhanced fleet security through the implementation of GPS tracking technologies.

Key Achievements and Responsibilities

• Fleet Management and Telematics: Led a dynamic team overseeing the entire lifecycle of vehicles, from onboarding to end-of-life management. Implemented GPS tracking solutions to monitor leased vehicles, enforce contractual terms, and mitigate risks of defaults.
• Portfolio Management: Pioneered the digital transformation of collection processes across multiple countries, streamlining pricing strategies, contract management, and default handling. Successfully implemented systems for improved efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Data Engineering Excellence: Directed all data initiatives at MAX, orchestrating a team of six to establish a robust data warehouse on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This infrastructure facilitated comprehensive internal and external reporting while supporting various microservices and strategic decision-making.

• Led a 25-member engineering team at ONE Championship, overseeing web and mobile product development for live and VOD media content.
• Directed key projects including a headless CRM, Fantasy as a Service, Pay per View, and Data Engineering initiatives.
  - Developed mobile and web applications for MMA and Esports segments, including the ONE Esports app for Southeast Asia in partnership with Samsung.
• Implemented Polaris, a headless content management system, for centralized content management and localization.
• Currently developing a pay-per-view module with a subscription model for multi-currency transactions and secure content distribution.
• Led data engineering efforts to analyze engagement metrics from social media platforms, managing over 13 billion video interactions.
• Designed and implemented ONE gateway, an API gateway for traffic control and monitoring, providing authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and IP tracing functionalities. Built on spring gateway framework.

Played a pivotal role in building BlackBuck into India's largest trucking company. I managed a team of 18+ members across three different pods. Joined BlackBuck in its early days and helped build the company to a unicorn (Series E) over 6 years.

• Led three major pods as Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing scaling and launch of multiple business categories and initiatives.
• Spearheaded development of commerce platform, facilitating partnerships for digital fueling, FastTag-based tolling, GPS solutions, and insurance products.
• Pioneered stabilizing and scaling the in-house GPS telematics stack which at the time handled 100K messages per second.
• Managed a platform team with key success in setting up of essential infrastructure including CICD pipelines and automation testing.
• Managed Product Support Engineering team, ensuring seamless interaction with support, operations, and sales teams.
• Led team of 15+ members as Engineering Manager, focusing on scaling systems and launching new services.
• Developed robust async KYC management system with auto approvals.

• Played important role in the commercialization of Bluetooth solutions for Samsung flagship models including Galaxy S3, S4, S5, and S6 smartphones, along with numerous other smartphones and tablets.
• Led the design, development, and hands-on implementation of both Bluetooth Classic Profile and BLE technologies
• Worked closely with TTA Korea to ensure the certification of the Samsung Bluetooth stack, resolving compliance issues with stack and HCI layers
• Developed and commercialized the Bluetooth module of Samsung Knox, an enterprise security solution, ensuring compliance with rigorous US Army requirements through certification efforts

I worked on Siebel CRM as a part of an end-to-end telecom solution. Training and work included the understanding of telecom systems. In Siebel, I used DB concepts for customization and requirement realization. I also understood scripting during this period.
