Innova Captab Limited is a listed company engaged in contract manufacturing of pharmaceutical formulations and APIs, serving India's largest pharma players.

My responsibilities include:

• Preparation of financial projections (Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements) for the group, which includes a 5-year plan with annual budgets, and monthly targets.
• Timely communication with various departments and subsidiaries through strategic and operational review meetings at regular intervals.
• Tracking multiple key KPIs, including profitability metrics, working capital positions, and asset quality indicators.
• Development of SOPs and MIS templates to track plant-level (9 units) metrics, ensuring uniformity and timeliness.
• Tracking of hits and misses, ensuing actionable inputs for the concerned departments.
• Planning and execution of strategic projects.
• Overseeing and handling the entire financial reporting team.
• Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors on key issues.

• Ensuring timely closure of standalone and consolidated books on a monthly basis.
• Managing quarterly limited reviews and year-end statutory audits.
• Coordinating with internal auditors and various departments to ensure smooth and effective completion.
• Ensuring compliance with various applicable laws, such as GST, TDS, and the MSME Act, along with other secretarial compliances.
• Preparation of restated consolidated financial statements and pro forma financial statements for the filing of the RHP and Prospectus.
• Preparation of the "Business Overview" and "MD&A" sections of the RHP and prospectus, working in sync with lawyers and bankers.
• Financial due diligence of a successfully acquired company through the NCLT route and successful implementation of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Plan.

• Lead multiple quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits of various listed and unlisted companies.
• Review and preparation of audit reports, including CARO and IFC compliance reports, along with other deliverables.
• Focus on key issues and complex matters, ensuring both quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Lead the audit of clients involved in capital market transactions, ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables, including multiple certificates and examination reports.

• Wide experience in handling various complex areas, such as Revenue recognition (IND AS-115), Employee benefits, Indirect & Direct taxation, Inventory and others of both listed and unlisted entities in the manufacturing and trading sectors.
• Clients handled include Akzo Nobel India Limited, JCB India Limited, Bose Corporation India Private Limited, and Unicharm India Private Limited, among others.
• Other internship experiences include multiple quarterly limited reviews, tax audits, and RBI certification on foreign exchange hedging.
