  • Developed a competitor behavior dashboard tool for the U.S. market, analyzing fuel pricing dynamics to maintain competitive pricing and maximize profit using the Dynamic Time Warping algorithm.
  • Conducted comprehensive research on the fuel industry in the U.S., examining factors affecting cost per gallon (CPG), and their impact under varying conditions.
  • Developed and deployed scalable time series forecasting solutions across fuel retail operations, leveraging models like Facebook Prophet, ETS, STL, and hybrid ensemble techniques. Implemented iterative and multi-phase forecasting pipelines using Python and PySpark for daily and terminal-level predictions.

  • Worked with financial domain data, while fabricating a self-resilient product for clients to ease their work in managing fast-tags which are used across India on multiple toll plazas. (created a deep learning model based on transfer learning for auto vehicle detection with the accuracy of 93%).
  • Worked on real time Kafka data streams and created a data engineering pipeline for Kafka data.
  • Created effective Ml Ops pipeline as well which is based on AWS environment, where user just need to put in input data and select choice of model and rest pipeline will take care of everything and everything is logged on a logging platform such as modelDB and Verta.
