• Managing the day-to-day field operations for the collections team

• Responsible for NPA reduction in Car Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loan, Construction and Farm Equipment Loan of the branch and updating to senior management about the current position of delinquency & NPA regularly

• Vehicle possession and selling as per legal guidelines whenever needed as well as able to negotiate with seriously delinquent customers and obtaining repayment to minimize losses
• Able to communicate effectively with - Team, Business Partners, IT Partners and Senior Management
• Aware with all type of digital transaction methods which helps in collection and ensure that all NACH/CHEQUE bounce cases are collected immediately
• Handle Expired and Seize & Sold cases and process for legal (like arbitration / Sec138 / Sec17 / Sec9 etc.) for settlement.

• Responsible for growth and development of commercial vehicle finance business in Indore (M.P.) Responsible for growth of STFC product like RDs, FDs, Life Insurance, Tyre loan, Personal loan, etc
