• Review / analyze proposal requests (such as RFP, RFQ, BOQ etc.), and develop proposals to address these requests
• Study of customer's technical specification & preparation of technical data sheet, cross- sectional drawings & calculation sheets for submittals.
• Prepare the Technical Bid according to RFQ documents, Applicable codes to ensure that scope, exclusion, deviations, technical notes, etc. are properly mentioned.
• Raw material calculation and Drum size selection for optimized commercial proposal
• Coordinating with other departments of the company such as Procurement, QA/QC, Projects, and Logistics.
• Collecting all the required technical & Testing Procedure to submit with submittals from works.
• Compile internal intelligence such as history with client for proposal decisions and strategy.
• Pre & Post order Technical Discussions with client for understanding and freezing of the scope.
• Develop product manufacturing specifications according to customers' requirements.
• BOM optimization during proposal stage to increase winning ratio and at execution stage to widen the margin.
