- Act as a Project financial advisor and Project controller and oversee US Partners, Managing Directors book of business accounts that contains of 200+ US clients and managed over $ 3 Billion dollars in annual revenue.
- Work with the Partners from Business Tax Services, Multistate Tax Services, International Tax services and deliver solution on financial business issues and problems.
- Reconcile project tracking tools and SAP Financial system regularly.
- Works on multiple tools (Swift, Cp3, Beacon, Jupiter) to provide better reporting and financials to PPMDs and Clients.
- Train new hires regularly and provide subject matter expertise advise in the team.
- Works regularly on Invoicing to clients and collecting payments from them (Including Inter-Firm Invoices)
- Works on opening WBS codes for the client work and keeping track of all the codes until they are closed (Over 200 WBS codes every year)
- In this process (EFA Tax Portfolio), i get a direct exposure to work with partners and get a chance to get on a call with them every period.
- Maintain and update budgets, forecasts, allocation rates for management and actuals for all projects.
- in 2023 we adopted Primed completely in our Tax Portfolio and since then i am working regularly on Beacon Tool and RBR maintenance tool to keep the proper tracking of RBR and Fixed Fee WBS codes.
