To Assists in performing Troubleshoot to operator/Technician through the total Building control system.

• To Develop detailed drawings and layouts for HVAC systems based on architectural and engineering designs.

• To Generate plans that illustrate the placement of HVAC components, ductwork, equipment, and other relevant elements.

• To Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents to accurately represent HVAC requirements.

• Perform load calculations to determine the appropriate size and capacity of HVAC equipment for different spaces within the building.

• To Controls and configure the HVAC system and Lighting through BMS according to Demand.

• Handling and managing MNC project across the US and Canada.

• Maintain controller development project plans and/or supports projects engineers in doing so.

• To help HVAC commissioning team by Providing Data from BMS.

• To order parts of HVAC and lighting system after verification of working performance.

• To reply on emails and calls regarding HVAC and lighting issue and assist in solving.

• To perform calibration of certain controller diagnostics and communications features.

• Diagnose communication problem with control devices and other components. Perform software

preventative maintenance on installed Building Automation and Energy Management Systems.
