  Description: Micro Focus Operations Bridge (OpsBridge) monitors your IT environment and consolidates data from existing tools. It applies automated discovery, monitoring, analytics (AIOps), and remediation to data across traditional, private, public, multi-cloud, and container-based infrastructure. OpsBridge automates AIOps with machine learning and analytics which reduces events, and accelerates root cause identification and remediation. Executive stakeholders gain actionable insight on their mobile devices with tailored dashboards showing key status, business and IT KPIs. Now available as SaaS.

Additionally, remote print and proof distribution and proof/print verification complement the award winning RIP solutions and help to optimise your workflow.
• Project: Viking (E-Commerce Application)
  Description: Viking is an E-Commerce application which is basically developed for usage across the globe in nearly 12 countries. The application allows online shopping customers to accumulate a list of items for purchase, described metaphorically as “placing items in the shopping cart” or “add to cart.” Upon checkout, the software typically calculates a total for the order, including shipping and handling charges and the associated taxes, as applicable.

  Description: Veradocs confronts the new reality of the borderless enterprise head-on with a solution built to protect data with military-grade encryption, anywhere, on any device, without changing how people work. It is a document security product, where end user can install in the environment and protect the files by using selected policies. It supports windows (XP, vista, 7 & 8), OS X, Android and iOS.
• Project: American Express (OMS & CST Applications)
  Description: American Express, an engine of commerce is an innovative payment, travel and expense management solutions for individuals and businesses of all sizes.
  OMS (Online Merchant Services): This application is used by merchants to access their Debit/Credit card machine accounts online. This can be used to view payments and disputes for merchant accounts. Users can also order POP products using this application. User can also add new accounts for businesses to manage all accounts under a headquarter account. As a part of automation, we have also done mobile testing on [Android and iOS].
  CST (Customer Service Tool): Is web application that provides users to maintain their Account through agents over the phone providing wide range of services to the customers. This application is used by Customer Service Agents to create accounts for merchants. Agents use this tool to support customers. Services includes updating contact information, adding new location for businesses under a headquarter account.
