General Administration.
● CUG – Activation/Deactivation on time.
● Dealing with courier, printing, and stationary vendors for PAN India.
● Responsible for Repair and maintenance tickets and ensure the closure with in TAT.
● Making Travel & Hotel arrangements for management and staff as well as handling arrangement including Ticketing, Hotel Bookings.
● To manage monthly Rent/GST payment, Monthly expenses report, Documentation of lease agreement files, SLA renewal report, printing stationary, Petty cash reports.
● Responsible to provide the stationary as per requirement with coordination of vendor.
● Quarterly branch visit of assigned branches and take concern with respective stakeholder of their branches.

● Liaising with Housekeeping Agency for maintenance of Hygiene environment at the Office/branches,

Billing Invoices and Vendor Management
● Validate the invoices for proceed as per SLA .
● Taking care for all payments related issues of vendor .
● Manage the Payment status and manage the MIS according to requirement
