Feature Overview - The feature is regarding migration of CCX product from 32 to 64 bit , including the operating system to ALMA.

• Developed and enhanced core components of the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) platform using Java and SIP-based protocols.
• Worked on SRTP media path integration, enabling secure real-time communication for contact center agents.
• Handled feature releases, bug fixes, and regression testing in Agile sprints.
• Integrated UCCX with Cisco Finesse and third-party CRMs using REST APIs.
• Analyzed complex call flows and SIP/RTP logs using tools like Wireshark and Cisco Unified Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT).
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (CUCM, CVOS, Finesse) to ensure seamless communication features.
• Wrote test cases and automated tests using JUnit and scripting tools for regression.

Project-2:-

Feature overview - This feature introduces the concept of Virtual line free of any licensing requirements that can be added as a secondary line on user devices. It enhances the multi-line capabilities for Webex calling users.

• Determined requirements by analyzing business functions and preparing Technical Specification Documentation.
• Developed code changes based on new Enhancement and Change requests created by client.
• Performed unit testing by framing JUNIT test-cases.
• Involved in manual beta testing of the feature covering numerous call scenarios
• Utilized Python in development of Automation test scripts and scripts execution
• Performed root cause analysis and created corrective action strategies to mitigate risks
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Mentoring new team members and guiding them on business logic and functionalities
• Working closely with the team, leads and scrum master to produce accurate delivery.

• Experience working in WebEx Calling product in Call Control and Call Processing team under Cisco Account
• Gathered and evaluated business requirements for the project
• Involved in test bed setup and configuration
• Worked on application server microservice, one of the core components of WebEx Calling
• Implemented single wire feature making necessary provisioning changes and performed CRUD operations on TimesTen database.
• Brought up docker MPP phone setup which became helpful in testing different call scenarios
• Dealt with numerous porting Jira's from SVN to GIT as well as bug fixing jira.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environment.

• Experience of working in Build and Release Management team with DevOps for large scale Java/J2EE web applications
• Involved in developing and enhancing Perl and shell build scripts as per client specifications
• Regular activities include build scheduling, build syncs, Gerrit branch creation, root cause analysis, branch pull, saving builds, changes in build configuration, docker installation on servers, configure and manage user's access levels
• Performing root cause investigation to build failures and helping respective developers with the fix
