• Company Overview: Kaplan is an ed-tech company that offers students the courses and higher education.
• As a QA engineer I have worked on Chat bot and voice bot testing.
• Presently started with Python Automation using Pytest and selenium tool.
• Experienced in using SFDC, CRM with Salesforce.
• Also worked on APIs and XMLs using Postman.
• As QA -2 I also take responsibilities of guiding a team of 3 under me.
• Being an Individual contributor I have performed the tasks and always completed by assigned time.

Project 1: Qualtrics

• Client: CNA
• MODULE: Qualtrics and OpenText
• TESTING TYPE: Web and API testing.
• DEFECT TRACKING TOOL: JIRA
• TEST CASE MANAGEMENT TOOL: Zephyr
• The project is about software validation in Qualtrics platform.
• Qualtrics Web Service task will be used to capture new survey responses.
• As survey response are received, those would be sent to CNA via an API which is exposed using Apigee.
• Testing is mainly carried out using REST API in Postman tool.This involves testing different requests like Transactions, Distributions, Contacts, Surveys.

PROJECT 2: OpenText

• OpenText is an Internal Project where the main scope is moving the documents from all other environments into OpenText.
• Open Text extended platform (ECM) is the core of content services and is deployed in Open Text cloud.
• Desktop packages will be installed for compatibility with Enterprise connect applications.
• A web service will be created as an abstraction layer for the OpenText APIs.

• MODULE: Warthog, Certification, DHC.
• TESTING TYPE: Manual Testing, Firmware testing
• DEFECT TRACKING TOOL: JIRA
• TEST CASE MANAGEMENT TOOL: Test Rail
• The project is about software validation on various Dell Wyse Thin Clients on Dell DHC Operating System.
• DHC is an embedded Linux operating system where the Thin clients are centrally managed and configured using INI files by using different servers like WMS, FTP to automatically check the device performance of various hardware and different environment.
• To add versatility, each OS is validated with leading virtual desktop brokers, like Citrix, VMware, and RDP.

• MODULE: Knowledge Management, Chatbot
• ENVIRONMENT: API, Database, GUI and Web based testing
• DEFECT TRACKING TOOL: TFS, Git Lab
• API TOOL: Postman using REST API
• Knowledge Management is the process of creating, maintaining and sharing the knowledge about a solution or idea to resolve and issue so that it can be easily referred by the End users or Analysts when they face a similar issue.
• CINDE-Conversational Interface and Decisioning Engine-is a conversational Virtual Agent.
• The end users can quickly log incidents or create Service requests.
• CINDE can also help users to check the status of existing incidents or SRs.
• Users can interact with CINDE via conversational English.
• CINDE uses sophisticated Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to understand the user’s query and determines the best course of action, executes the action, and responds back to the user.
• CINDE displays a set of related KB articles to help the users resolve the issue before logging any Incident.
