  • Also taking care of early exists, absconding and involuntary attrition cases along with show cause & legal notice sent to employee with necessary HR action to be taken in system
  • Organizing engagement activities as per the planned calendar (Listen Hour, New Joiners connect, All Hands Meet, Skip level discussion, Town Hall, Employee connect, Reward & Recognition arranging occasion-based sessions.) Arranging Trainings basis project/ Client requirement

  • BGV- Coordinated with the employees and collect all the necessary forms and documents required for verification and share it with the BGV team and had taken the HR decisions basis the report generated by the vendor
