• Regulatory Compliance - Provide strategic legal advice for new product launches, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with business objectives, leading to a successful launch and continued business operations of moderated and intermediary platforms in APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM regions.

• Compliance - Work with the Global Compliance Team and other functional groups to develop and implement governance frameworks, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulations across jurisdictions.
• IP Portfolio - Building patent and trademark portfolio through strategic work with inventors, marketing teams, and specialist counsels.
• Litigation: Handling pre-litigation, legal disputes, consumer complaints, and inquiries, including coordination of efforts by internal staff and external counsel.
• Contracting - Steer legal negotiations on B2B/B2C transactions (such as complex content, software licensing, distribution, etc.).

• Policy - Led policy and advocacy initiatives with government departments and industry associations in connection with statutory licensing (Section 31D/Copyright Law) and piracy.
• Regulatory Advisory - Provided strategic legal support on issues related to Intellectual Property Rights, Intermediary Liabilities, Data Protection Laws, OTT Regulatory Framework, for existing and new digital offerings.
• Contracting - Drafted, and negotiated agreements (including music and podcast licensing, marketing agreements, etc.).
• Litigation - Strategized and liaised with external counsels on pre-litigation, legal disputed and acquisition matters

• Implemented a structured policy action plan for the promotion, marketing, and commercialization of IP.
• Led coalition building, outreach programs, and enhanced engagement with industry associations, government bodies, corporations, law firms, tech-first organizations, and enforcement offices.
