• Developed business logics, rating calculations for various charging service including VOICE, GPRS, MMS, SMS, VAS using Rating Logic Configurator tool and C++ based simulator Turbo Charging.

• Involved in automating logs debugging and errors troubleshooting using python and unix.
• Using minimal inputs such as environment details, Customer details and error, This tool used to check the exact error and print the best possible list of resolutions for fixing issues quickly.
• Involved in automation of running DATA, VOICE, SMS, MMS, VAS events via Firebolt and shell scripting.
