1. Five years of experience in dealing with court cases and arbitration cases of Air Force personnel and civilians related to service matters, such as recruitment, leave, pension, gratuity, establishment, and contractual or educational cases, etc.
2. Deals with cases related to defense, land disputes, and encroachment.
3. In-depth knowledge of government administrative regulations and legal procedures.
4. Having vast knowledge about e-office, letters, and notes on file.
5. Conducted AFCAT exams for officer recruitment, airman recruitment in the Air Force, and counseling and welfare of Air Force personnel.
6. Three years of deputation with the Aviation Research Center, Research and Analysis Wing, Home Ministry, as Junior Technical Officer I, and I dealt with security and intelligence work.
7. Conducted various board of officers meetings, investigations, audits, inventory management, and procurement of items through the GEM portal.
8. Experienced in manpower planning, posting planning, course detailment, and augmentation planning for Air Force personnel while posted in the Air Force Recruitment Office, Subrata Park, New Delhi.
