Key Responsibilities

• Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
• Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory of spares used in service task.
• Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
• Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.
• Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
• Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
• Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.
• Helping to train new employees in company procedures.
• Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
• Providing timely information on MIS and customer related issues to reporting seniors.
• Handling of service calls, recording data of all complaints, assign manpower according to nature of complaint.
• Managing stock for servicing/AMC material and tool kit of service engineer.
• Ensure timely dispatch of spare parts and bills to respective customer on billing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in HVAC systems.
• Monitoring repair and replacement work of faulty components, such as motors, compressors, fans, sensors, and filters.

2. System Installation and Commissioning.

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC units, ductwork, and related components.
• Verify system functionality and compliance with design specifications.

3. Energy Efficiency and Optimization

• Monitor system performance and suggest energy-saving solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Implement upgrades or modifications to enhance energy conservation.
• Ensure proper refrigerant levels and leak detection to prevent energy wastage.

4. Compliance and Safety

• Follow safety protocols and industry regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with ISHRAE standards for HVAC operations.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspections, repairs, and refrigerant usage.

5. Emergency Repairs and Troubleshooting.

• Respond promptly to HVAC breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
• Use diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to identify the root cause of system failures.
• Provide quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

6. Documentation and Reporting.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service logs.
• Prepare detailed reports on system performance, parts usage, and work orders.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for spare parts and consumables management.

7. Customer and Team Coordination.

• Work closely with facility managers, contractors, and building owners to ensure proper HVAC maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians.
• Communicate maintenance plans and repair schedules to relevant stakeholders.
