• Manage Supplier APQP Activities from Sourcing Decision to PSW Sign off for New Product Developments handling commodities including machining, fasteners, springs, forgings, Castings, Sheet metal, Injection Components & packaging
• Collaborated with various departments such as engineering, management, procurement, sales, marketing, suppliers and quality assurance to provide technical support.
• Perform PPAP audits to meet Run@Rate Requirements using VDA 6.3 Process audit approach
• Support Plant Quality team by driving timely closure of warranty and claims using 8D approach and conduct Improvement Programs for High-Risk Suppliers.

Maintain Total Boughtout Parts PPM within defined targets.

Schedule and conduct Process Audits for Regular Parts at Supplier end, ensuring implementation of measures

Analyze Line Stoppages, Warranty, CQA, CRA, FPY Loss, and Yard Issues via 8D Analysis / Six Sigma methodology, monitoring CAPA effectiveness.

Implement Digital Quality Manufacturing Systems at Supplier end, monitoring online Process Capability.
