• Lead 4 workstreams for the CrossBorder org (Infinity Infra & Offshore Gateway, Global Store Core, Offshore Search, and Offshore Security/Compliance/Privacy), owning growth, delivery, operations, and technical direction end to end.
• Led the Amazon-MengTian (JD) integration enabling all US and JP marketplace use cases: designed and built the multi-marketplace platform layer (credential routing, per-marketplace secrets, webhook arc identification, event orchestration) and drove adoption across 24 downstream teams through launch. The integration now drives $2.1M+ in weekly order sales, ~$110M
  annualized.
• Reduced p90 latency of GS order checkout by ~78% by parallelizing sequential line-item processing while preserving correctness of the shared order document model.
• Built the Repay feature for Offshore Payments, enabling customers to repay failed payments. This eliminated 60% of order failures caused by payment declines.
• Built reusable CDK constructs (KinesisFirehoseToS3Construct, S3ReplicationSourceConstruct) for general-purpose cross-partition data replication, enabling future teams to adopt the pattern with minimal configuration.
• Built MCP servers over GS Ordering Services to enable agentic workflows on internal AI-native platforms, and integrated the Offshore Gateway with production ordering APIs to make them consumable by AI agents.

• Designed, Implemented, and owned Partner Exports feature E2E from Storage layer to work-set consumption for successfully Integrating Technical Partners, including GCP, AWS S3, Amplitude, Segment, Amazon EventBridge, mParticle, Mixpanel, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, and Singular.
• Designed and Implemented Mixpanel Import Deletion layer for recurring and non-recurring cohorts.
• Designed, Implemented, and owned Multiple Passcode feature that provides Header-Based authentication across all consumption APIs at CleverTap.
