• Leveraged advanced Tableau capabilities such as LOD expressions, filter passing parameter values, row-level security, dynamic sheet toggling, extensions, and user actions for an optimized user experience.
• Managed the full dashboard lifecycle — from requirement gathering, design, and SIT to UAT support and production migration.
• Maintained and administered Tableau Server: user provisioning, permissions via Active Directory (AD) groups, dashboard subscriptions, and usage analytics.
• Developed a self-serve analytics layer on Tableau Server, empowering business users to generate custom insights independently.
• Facilitated client interactions, conducted walkthrough, training sessions, and developed user guides to support self-serve enablement.
