KEMPEGOWDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, BANGLORE

• It is a Bengaluru Airport Extension project for the construction of its second terminal with an envisioned cost of 3000 crores.
• I was looking after CUP (CENTRAL UTILITY PLANT), one of the important service buildings for BIAL Terminal 2 Building, which includes Substations, water tanks, WTP, DG supply, Chiller plant, fire protection, and surveillance.
• Oversaw planning, execution and handover of R.C.C works. Also was in charge for handling complete packages for all the finishing works including external façade and road development works.
• Coordinated with site personnel & client for one time quantity certification and billing.
• Since it is a service building, acting as a key coordinator for civil and MEP for streamlined execution of work for timely completion.

PENINSULA LAND " Salsette 27"

• It is a Residential Building project with 2 Towers and a Non-tower area (for parking and Clubhouse) comprising of 3 basements 6 podium levels and 58 residential floors with an estimated value of 675 crores constructed over an area of 9000sqm.
• Oversaw the construction works of one of the towers and was in charge of ACS (Auto-Climbing System for core walls) ensuring required cycle time of 9 days in compliance with quality and safety.
• As a team, have completed the raft 44 days ahead of schedule and eventually maintained that lead in further works.
• Promoted teamwork and demonstrated effective communication skills to improve collaboration among personnel.
• I was preparing BBS for timely procurement of steel , DPR , subcontractor bills, raising RFIs as and when required and maintaining documents for the tower so as to maintain the cycle time.
• Being rewarded several times for being safety and quality conscious and taking proactive measures for maintaining the same.
• Trained and managed interns, junior engineers and surveyors.
• Established and maintained productive working relationships with client.

• I have undergone a brief rotation module through various departments of L&T.
• Includes: Execution, Quality, Safety, Planning, Formwork, Rebar (BBS), Finishing, P&M & M.E.P.
• I was into Planning and Quality for a brief period. I was involved in quantity estimation & ensuring timely certification of bills from the client. In Quality dept., was involved majorly in the inspection of material and site works ensuring quality as per the specification and standards.
• Initiated a Safety Rolling Cup to motivate the team to take safety as its utmost priority.
• Learnt the basics of designing formwork, types of formwork systems and preparing formwork strategy.
