(Induction to dispatch from 100 days to 18days).

(Improvement in Manufacturing efficiency from 70 to 90%, Reduction in SMH by 10%, Reduction in power consumption by 5%, Reduction in non incentive earners to NIL, Outsourced more than 2500 components with estimated 12 Lakhs Standard Man Hours)
