- New product Development(NPD): Involved in the NPD of new bearing type for Different automotive and industrial application, like bearing for Wheel end of heavy load vehicles (BTH-0060A, BTH-0155A).
- Currently Working on Busan South korea project ,their is new bearing type (BTH-0060A, BTH-0155A) Channel Setup and tooling Preparation.
- Currently in Manufacturing Engineering Department and was a part of UC-INSERT bearing project
- Process Capability Study: by using JASP Software i have found Cp, Cpk, Imr chart, values which helps to confirm ability of manufacturing process to produce parts confirming to specification.
- Proficiency in 2D, 3D drawings and evaluating various quality factors.
- Implemented 5S on shopfloor.
- Developed strong relationships for enhanced project outcomes.
- Conducted research for informed decision-making.
