• Continued supervision of high-rise construction works with emphasis on Mivan formwork cycle execution (wall panels, deck panels, soffits, and beam sides).
• Independently handled slab cycle planning (5–7 day cycles), monitored shuttering/striking activities, and ensured reuse of panels as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Conducted detailed rebar inspections and checked coupler connections, anchorage, and cover block placement in Mivan structural members.
• Monitored concreting with concrete pumps at high-rise levels, coordinated with batching plant, and ensured quality through slump tests, cube tests, and curing supervision.
• Prepared and verified BBS, DPR, DLR, and monthly progress reports for project tracking.
• Assisted in client billing, subcontractor bill certification, and material reconciliation (steel, cement, aluminum panels, consumables).
• Coordinated with MEP teams for proper provision of sleeves, inserts, and conduits before shuttering/concreting in Mivan works.
• Ensured strict adherence to safety protocols for working at height, scaffolding, and crane operations

• Supervised high-rise building execution of structural and finishing works including foundations, columns, core walls, slabs, masonry, plastering, and flooring as per drawings and specifications.
• Specialized in Mivan formwork execution – planned shuttering cycles, ensured proper wall–slab alignment, verticality, and quality of panel installations, achieving faster construction cycles.
• Conducted reinforcement checks and prepared Bar Bending Schedules (BBS); verified rebar cutting, bending, placing, spacing, and coupler usage in Mivan shuttering and Conventional shuttering works.
• Monitored Mivan concreting operations, including slump tests, cube casting, and curing, ensuring defect-free finishes.
• Assisted in site measurements, material reconciliation (cement, steel, aggregates), and preparation of contractor bills.
• Prepared Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Daily Labour Reports (DLR), ensuring accurate tracking of site activities.
• Coordinated with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain work progress, safety, and quality standards.

• Gained hands-on experience in BOQ preparation by taking Measurements from Drawings, Calculating Material Quantities (concrete, steel, cement, etc.), Performing Quantity Reconciliation between Drawings and Site execution, Preparing material Reconciliation(cement, steel, aggregates), and Assisting in site measurements with Engineers for Billing Purposes.
