• Developed and optimized Designer App features with Javascript to increase user efficiency.

• Logistics Diagnosis Dashboard : Created a report based on the client's or prospect's actual data, which included the major KPIs, the challenges they were facing, and detailed strategies on how our company helped reduce these failures.
• In-App Routing : Delivery field executives traversed optimal routes to deliver goods to customers, reducing both distance and time costs. Designed and developed an architecture for local routing within the mobile app.

• Order Status Request Change Panel : A web application where requesters can raise requests for E-Commerce order status changes. Upon approval by supervisors and superadmins, a cron job updates the status of those orders.
• COD Task IVR call : To reduce order returns and minimize company losses, we implemented logic aimed at decreasing the number of returned orders.
• Order Retention : For orders that cannot be fulfilled by merchants after confirmation, this panel allows other merchants to bid on supplying the product.
