Lead the team of at Jabalpur IRD in year Mar 2024 to achieve GreenCo "GOLD" rating.


Implemented the Innovative idea of Operation of High Velocity Long Range Fire Monitor thru remote location ensuring safety of operating personnel in case of an Fire Accident at Class A tank. The idea was awarded at the annual forum of HPCL as the "Best Innovative Idea" of the year in Mar 2022.


Cracked the case of manipulation made in EM Locking System by Transporters and imposed blacklisting action on 49 Transporters in Sep 2021 which was recognized by Central Vigilance Commission and awarded in subsequent year.


Topped the All India Test of HPCL in Safety Regulations of OISD post which I was recommended from HPCL as an OISD Auditor in Jan 2021.


Lead the Ethanol Blended product shipment via Tank Wagons after developing SOP's, QC clearance, implementation of the project on Pilot basis. HPCL was first among Indian OMC's to execute such Project and the overall expense/completion schedule of the Project was brought down from 3 Crores with a timelines of 1.5 years to 20 Lacs with a timelines of 3 months. Same was made possible through innovative usage of available resources and making informed decision duly supported by HQO team. HPCL received accolades from Ministry for execution of this Project and the idea was also awarded by HPCL.


Collaborated with the team of Officer at Kanpur to achieve ISRS Level 7 certification in Oct 2020.


Streamlined Operations, Maintenance and Safety at Kanpur Terminal resulting in one of the best OISD Audit conducted by 34 auditors at Kanpur in Oct 2018.


Lead the team of workers to successfully commission the Largest Terminal of HPCL at Kanpur spread over 200 Acres with a tankage of 227699 KL within a span of 2 months.

Affiliations

Active Member of OISD (Apex technical directorate under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas that formulates and coordinates the implementation of a series of self-regulatory measures aimed at enhancing the safety in the Oil & Gas industry in India) for carrying out External Safety Audits at various POL Locations across Oil Marketing Companies in India.

Watching & Playing Cricket, Analysing Stock Charts

I am very much into watching Cricket games and love to play the game wherever I get the Opportunity. I was a member of Zonal Team at HPCL which participated in Annual Sports Meet. Also, I designed the Annual Cricket tournament named as "POWERPLAY" at Kanpur Terminal.


Analyzing Stock Charts is one recent hobbies that I have developed from year 2021 which got triggered while my Wife was completing her course in Stock Trading and Investment thru Avadhut Sathe Training Academy. This interest converted into a hobby over a period of 3 years and whenever I get free time I do analyze Stock charts and also monitor my performance by investing.
