• End to end Planning – Planned and led trainings of product enhancements and new rollouts for core teams.

· Owned Process Best practice and SOP documentation of Modern tool for entire Global Space & Presentation teams to aid flawless execution.

· Managed and steered both own ideas and suggestions from process teams to product teams through collaboration and ideation sessions

· Cultivate a positive, healthy working atmosphere which is driven by values, ethics, transparency, integrity, and better working relationships with the team

· Responsible for training new hires for process teams on Planogram process.

Achievements:

Identified waste in the process and eliminated it by implementing a bot in partnership with store operations team resulting in time savings on 3K hours for process.

• Led onboarding for Planogram process within Food & Beverage area.
• Built & sustained credibility with US partners & helped peers in increasing penetration of Planogram process by guiding on stakeholder management and documentation.
• Successfully transitioned 2 desks to team members internally without impact to capability penetration.

• Built global partnership with continuous credible execution and was instrumental in transferring complete Planogram capability to India for 3 desks within 18 months of initiating capability transfer.
• Streamlined planogram proofing process and cross trained other planogram owners from different pyramids.
• Recognized on various occasions for delivering consistent accuracy throughout different programs.

• Worked on process execution for various divisions within Food & Beverage process
• Supported both Planogram and Adjacency process.
