• Monitored compliance with the requirements of the contract scope of work, technical specifications, contract Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan(ITP).

Footing RCC work

Slab Form Work, Rebar work and Concreting

Testing of Cubes and decisions about acceptance of Concrete as per requirement and rejection of defective concrete

Removal of shuttering, curing

Checking Concrete grade proportions as per requirements

Checking Cement Water ratio

Checking of sand as per Zone I and II requirements Checking Cement as per relevant Indian Standard Checking Rebar as per Indian Standard

Checking Coarse Agregate as per Indian Standard Cheking Water as per Indian Standard

• Checked work being performed as per Method Statement

• Was responsible for ensuring that all defined inspection undertaken against the project plan in coordination with Client Consultant for proper implementation of quality work as per quality plan, Inspection & Test Plan(ITP), Technical specification and Indian Standards.

• Advised Site Engineer of defined critical inspection phases, requirements within the Inspection & Test Plan

. • Issued Non- Conformance Reports (NCR) and subsequently discussed the root causes of the NCR with the Site Engineer and agreed about corrective actions.

• Facilitated in closing the punch list items , Follow-up and closure of non-conformance reports.

• Ensured that all defined quality record are maintained and are available for inspection.

• Prepared Corrective Action & Preventive Action Reports.

• Checking of construction as per specification & AFC drawings and arranged for Inspection of construction by Engineer (Consultant) through Request For Inspection Procedure.
