1. Managing a team of 50 People for UTR function.

2. Reviewing Daily Matrices and their input parameters.

3. Driving Process excellence and continuous improvement.

4. Striving to deliver best in class performance by regularly monitoring core performances.

5. Looking after entire Site health including cost, Finances of the station and resolving grievances of various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities includes:-

LAUNCH ACTIVITIES – AMD2 FC and RUH8 (Riyadh FC)

1. Inventory Placement Planning during launch of new FC – AMD2

2. Quality Control and its WOW adherence.

3. Training of new AA and PS for launch.

4. EPOD Adoption and its Implementation.

5. Consolidation Planning and Inventory Accumulation.

6. C-ret ramp up and basic process implementation.

DOD ACTIVITIES

1. DOD Shift Planning and Execution.

2. Monitoring Capacity across all Bin types.

3. Daily Consolidation Planning.

4. LM Planning.

5. PS and AA Training.

6. Monitoring matrices across all flows.
