Since 2003 I have been serving as a medical doctor in various fields where I learnt under various consultants required skills for effective patient management in primary health care setting and after 5 years in a peripheral hospital in UP. In 2009 I started as an MD in MSF – H where I got to see people afflicted with extensive HIV, MDRTB and HCV. This is also a setting, Manipur project where I learnt clinical and managerial aspects of a diverse set of different communities. I had to learn then how to be a team player, able to stand criticism and being open to options which all are expensive skills all in a remote setting I am being currently trained in tropical medicine.

I am a proud father of 3 boys and my wife and i try our best to role model how to live a good life by helping others with our capabilities . we always live in the context of a community , so we do have very close friends and share our lives and difficulties and this outward balanced living is so crucial in out times of individualism and polarization . We all read the scriptures and this helps us to cope through the events of day today issues and help us gain fresh insight as to how to approach our  colleagues as well as people who appose me . this is vital as i see in MSF missions .
