- Act as a channel for Ameriprise customer to settle the death claims for deceased clients.
- Working as a SME and responsible for Floor support, calibration sessions with different teams and workbasket management for my team.
- Receive KYC alerts through Feds Database routed via AML team.
- Review all Legal documents and other necessary documents as per Different US laws and state rules.
- Assign fiduciaries : Attorney-in-Fact for Individual, Authorized Signer for Entity and Trustee for Trust.
- Verify financial transactions in all Pre- TAX plans & Post –TAX plans to ensure compliance with FINRA.
- Accurately interpret, identify and resolve the discrepancies in the claim request, follow up with the advisor or portfolio manager for the documents provided.
- Working closely with Advisor for Settlement of Brokerage products, mutual funds, bonds, options, Margins & Certificate.
- Work with compliance team as WSP Spoc and look after transactions teams processing flows & procedures
- Implementation of various lean ideas to optimize the process and modification in procedural steps for effectiveness in process.
- Provide training and Guidance to new hires and helping them in different business scenarios.
