· Responsible for developing and implementing a certification course for Language and Communication for both short term course and MBA students – Certificate Course in Business English.

· Authored a Students’ Language Workbook along with the Teachers’ Support Material, both of these books are copyrighted and accepted by the BFSI industry as a standard for training the graduates on business English.

· More than 10,000 students benefited from the language and communication training and got placed in various reputed organizations
