OTC Derivative Reconciliation Senior Analyst - Global Operations Position Control (ISG)

• Handled multiple processes in a team, from internal trade reconciliation of swaps, equity options, foreign exchange, and commodities, to income reconciliation of dividends, and project enhancement for increasing production more effectively.
• Setting up the database in ACCESS, file setups to get the break data to perform daily tasks.
• Investigation of all breaks for various regions.
• Root cause analysis, risk analysis, and escalations of the same to the respective desk, stakeholders, and trade support group.
• Performed daily SOD and EOD tasks, handled escalations on emails, weekly reports, and KRI, and coordinated over video and audio conferences with onshore, TSG, and stakeholders.
• Reconciliation of traders' risk products and positions to firm books and records, and investigation and resolution of breaks.
• Ensuring deadlines (SLAs) are met with accuracy and control compliance.
• Escalating exceptions to appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing trade operations processes, systems, and controls.
• Provide support and process training to peers to facilitate their development, and ensure the continuity of trade operations functions. Present the internal trade process to the global team.

Transfer Agency - Cash Reconciliation and Cash Monitoring

• The Cash Monitoring and Recon team is responsible for maintaining the accounts and keeping records of the clients in order to perform reconciliation and other related activities.
• Preparing all monthly tasks, business day-wise.
• Preparing claim reports for various management companies on a monthly basis (interest calculation for late subscription settled trades).
• Preparing large overdraft reports on a daily basis.
• Process transfers (CCTX R, CCTX P) as per client instruction, with money movement.
• Responsible for custody and AML reconciliation. Reconcile subscriptions and redemption trades accurately, in a timely manner, in frontier.
• Reviewing all work at the end to ensure a quality check to meet the SLA.
• Giving training to new joiners, and helping them to process their events on time and accurately. Created training programs, and also acted as the lead trainer for new hires on the team.
