• Freshco Hypermarket Capstone(Secured 90%): Freshco introduced a home delivery service in the year 2021. To ensure seamless operations and optimize customer satisfaction, the store diligently maintained a comprehensive transaction data sheet, containing detailed information at the order level.
• Fundamentals of Excel, Data Manipulation & Working with Tables
• Created a workbook having all the calculations (charts, tables, conditional formatting etc) to our insights. Maintained separate sheet in the workbook for every analysis. Hence created 4 sheets Order level Analysis, Customer Level Analysis, Delivery Analysis, and Completion Rate Analysis.
• Used Advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP , INDEX-MATCH, PIVOT TABLES ) to exceed in this project.
• Capstone Project - Airline Db (Secured 92%): Solved by writing SQL queries , Clauses like SELECT, FROM, WHERE , GROUP BY , ORDER BY, HAVING , INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE , and JOIN and Commands (DDL,DML,DQL), Using Aggregate Functions such as COUNT(), SUM(),AVG(), MIN(), MAX() . • SWIGGY FUNNEL ANALYSIS CAPSTONE (Secured 100%) : Created a document, mention all the insights related to the business case . The report included a list of dates having any order drop and hike as compared to last same day last week. Mentioned the reason for the drop in front of the date itself.
• Identified the source of the traffic creating fluctuation also smaller conversions leading to the impact (L2M, M2C, C2P, P2O)
