• Product Integration & API Development: Developed 50+ API integrations and activities for products including Jira, OpenAI, Datadog, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, and more. Successfully integrated 5+ products into the Ayehu Express platform, such as ServiceNow, Jira, Gmail, Excel, and Freshdesk, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across platforms.
• API Development: Designed and implemented RESTful APIs, including the creation of mock APIs for testing and simulating integrations. Enhanced workflow automation and system interoperability through these integrations.
• API Testing & Validation: Led API testing and validation using tools such as Postman and Open API, troubleshooting and ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
