• From the start, I have been working with Toyota Finance Australia ( TFA ) project with different frameworks like Pega Sales Automation framework, Pega Customer Service ( CS ), and Pega Marketing framework as well.
• Designed and developed few features for Pega CTI feature, Purge and Archive, ABAC related Access roles.
• Collectively worked on Data Flows, Data Sets, Strategies, Campaigns, Segments and Channels in Pega Decisioning application.
• Helped team with Pega patch upgrades ( 8.6.1v to 8.6.5v ) and Minor upgrades ( 8.6.5v to 8.8.4v ).
• Worked on SLA's, Case Types, Flows, Declarative rules, Decision rules, CTI rules, Marketing rules, Sections, Data Types, Data Pages, DT's, Activities.
• Also, got a chance to work on File listeners and Email listeners as well.
• Provided technical and functional support to other team members as well whenever required.

• I have been working at Evonsys since July 2021.
• Doing some POCs on Pega Deployment Manager using Orchestrator and candidate environments.
• Started learning with Azure for automating the Pega deployments from one environment to another with the help of devops.
• Worked on US based project, CIT. Worked on Customer service framework, which contained different channels like Email, call etc.

Worked at Morgan Stanley client location in PEGA technology. The application is about onboarding clients from different regions and creating some regulatory programs like KYC (Know your customer), MIFIID, USQFC, SST. Also providing them with different accounts and parties for all the customers to work on in the application.

Developed multiple features in the onboarding application based on user requirements.

• Having knowledge on PRPC integrations like Connectors and Services.
• Added new features with the help of sections and harness.
• For data manipulations , used Data Transforms, parse XML and Stream XML.
• Worked on different rule types like decision table, when rules and Report Definitions for generating some reports.
• For Data extractions, we have used different scopes of Data Pages.
• Used some declarative rules for getting some results with the updated data.
• Resolved critical issues using debugging tools like Clipboard,Tracer,Live UI.
• Followed Agile Methodologies in the projects.

Worked on Angular using Visual Studio Code:

Developed an search functionality for Dow Jones users who were involved at Morgan Stanley.
