• Led the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure features across NIOS vDiscovery and Cloud DNS Sync supporting AWS, Azure,GCP,VMWare,Openstack and Cloudflare.
• Designed and implemented strategic cloud automation capabilities, including Selective CIDR-based vDiscovery, vDiscovery account filtering, Cloudflare DNS Discovery, and Cloudflare DNS Write.
• Engineered enterprise-scale DNS and IPAM synchronization across AWS Organizations, Azure subscriptions, and GCP projects, simplifying hybrid cloud network management for large-scale deployments
• Leveraged AI-assisted development using leading LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude) to accelerate system design, code development, debugging, documentation, and root-cause analysis, improving engineering productivity.
• Owned complex customer escalations involving cloud automation and vDiscovery, partnering with Support, QA, and Product teams to drive root-cause analysis and deliver robust solutions.
• Enhanced Cloudflare DNS integration by implementing DNS write operations, expanding supported record management capabilities, and improving interoperability with Infoblox NIOS.
• Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for vDiscovery and Cloud DNS technologies, providing technical leadership to Engineering, QA, Support, and Customer Success teams during customer engagements and production incidents.
• Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for vDiscovery for developing NIOS Support Agent that uses various LLMs to analyse the Customer raised issues.

NetMRI Development & Sustenance (Sep 2021 – Sep 2023)

• Built the NetMRI India engineering team from the ground up by leading the hiring process, interviewing 60+ candidates, and establishing a high-performing development and sustenance organization.
• Acted as the primary engineering liaison for weekly stakeholder reviews, providing project status, escalation updates, and release planning to engineering leadership.
• Led the resolution of high-priority customer escalations and QA-critical defects through in-depth root-cause analysis, significantly improving product quality and stability.

• Designed and implemented the IPv4/IPv6 networking stack for Toshiba Multifunction Printers, including DHCPv6 (Stateful), SLAAC, routing, Ethernet link detection, DNS, and Dynamic DNS (TSIG/GSS-TSIG).
• Developed IPv6 address configuration using Netlink sockets and integrated Dibbler DHCPv6, enabling automated address assignment, renewal, and rebinding.
• Integrated wired and wireless networking using WPA Supplicant and optimized the networking stack for secure, reliable connectivity.

• Architected and developed an IP Fax (FoIP) client enabling Multifunction Printers to transmit scanned documents over the Internet using SIP, SDP, RTP, T.38, and T.30 protocols.
• Designed and implemented core networking capabilities, including IPv4/IPv6, DHCPv6, SLAAC, Dual NIC support (Ethernet/Wi-Fi), routing, and DNS for embedded Linux-based printers.
• Modernized the networking stack by integrating BIND9, Dibbler (DHCPv6), and OpenSSL, enabling secure dual-interface networking.
• Served as the onsite technical coordinator in Japan for over a year, leading cross-functional development activities and earning customer recognition for successful project execution.
