Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM (Materials Management):

• Create and process purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
• Manage goods receipts, goods issues, and stock transfers.
• Maintain vendor master data, material master, and pricing conditions.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock valuation, and warehouse operations.

SAP SD (Sales and Distribution):

• Process sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Handle pricing, discounts, and credit management.
• Manage customer master data, and order fulfillment.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection and Management:

• Create and manage inspection lots for incoming materials, in-process production, and final goods.
• Record inspection results and make usage decisions (accept/reject materials).
• Monitor quality certificates, and ensure compliance with standards.

Defect and Non-Conformance Handling:

• Log and track defects and deviations, initiating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams for quality issue resolution.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance documentation.

Master Data and Reporting:

• Maintain inspection plans, sampling procedures, catalogs, and characteristics.
• Generate and analyze SAP QM reports to track quality trends and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Order Management:

• Create and release production orders, and process confirmations.
• Monitor and manage work center capacity, and production scheduling.
• Ensure the availability of materials by executing Material Requirement Planning (MRP).

Shop Floor Control and Execution:

• Track production order status, and resolve shop floor issues.
• Record goods issues and goods receipts for production orders in SAP.
• Monitor and maintain BOMs, routings, and work center data.

Reporting and Coordination:

• Generate and analyze SAP PP reports (production performance, work center load, etc.).
• Collaborate with the procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure production efficiency.
