• I was previously working since 1991 as CFO with Borax Morarji Ltd, and after the merger in 2017 with DMCC Specialty Chemicals Ltd, I became the General Manager of Accounts, Finance, and Taxation, and retired in March 2025.

• Handle the full spectrum of financial and cost accounting roles, e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc.

• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.

• Perform a full set of accounts, and ensure the timely closing of accounts.

• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, and cash-flow management reporting.

• Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.

• Develop and maintain an internal control and effective accounting system, and policies for the setup.

• Support the CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and the transfer pricing policy.

• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns

• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.

• Banking Relations & Liaisoning Government Authorities, etc.

Maintaining key relationship with banks; Ensure custody of all organization's critical documents; Credit control ; Interact with GST , Income Tax, Insurance companies, Financial Institutions and Government offices,

- Ensure compliance in all financial & non-financial matters - Direct/Indirect Taxes, import-export regulation, legal, companies act;

- Experience in handling Finance / Banking (FB and NFB) | Consortium and Multiple Banking. Ensure arrangement of debts/ loans from Financial Institutions/ Banks, Fund raising and managing treasury etc.

Internal Audit & Statutory Audit.
- Ensure implementation of strong internal audit. Implementation of SOPs & DOAs/ internal processes followed by strong internal controls & reporting system.

- Ensure to Finalise financial records and Coordinate with Statutory Auditors of annual audits and tax filings.
