  • Currently associated with VEDANTA Limited, Aluminium & Power, setting up a Greenfield 1.50 mtpa, and an associated 1215 MW(9*135) captive power plant and 2400 MW(4*600) Independent Power Plant at Jharsuguda, Odisha, India
  • Volume: 200 Rakes per month from MCL, IB VALLEY
  • Materialization: 100% materialization of linkage MSQ by loading 6-7 rakes per day perennially for both CPP-Vedanta and IPP-Sterlite by strong coordination and liasoning with MCL and Railway officers
  • Quality Management: GCV improvement by sourcing coal from selective mines/stockpiles and loading supervision to avoid boulders ,sticky type coals and ash coals not to load in our rakes. Getting concrete reports on quality of coal deposited at every spurs from AMM people before rake program arrival to station and by liasoning with Railway persons to allot our rakes to that particular spur for placement having better quality of coal
  • Rake Surveillance: To avoid any pilferage or theft of coal in en-route managing & coordinating with security agents to move as escort in each and every rakes from host station to plant
  • Quantity Management: Responsible for Shortage/Excess within tolerance limit by continuously monitoring weighbridge accuracy, transit losses and other possible measures .Coordinate with MCL persons so that each rake should load with best possible quantity without any dead freight and overload
  • Liasoning, Co-ordination & Relationship Management: Co-ordination with MCL & Railway for offer , Allotment & Loading. Manage quality relationship with MCL officers (GM,PO,ASM, AFM, Mining Managers ,E&T Engineers ,DO ,Clerical persons ,LI ,TI) & Railway officers(Sr.DOM, DOM, Chief Controller ,ARM ,CYM ,Station Manager and Goods officers of Commercial Dept and Yard masters) and thereby stood our self as a preferred customers in a customer base of 40 customers and prominent customers like NTPC, TNEB, APGENCO, SIMADRI, KPCL, ADANI, NALCO & IMFA
  • Contracts Management: Managing Contracts for liaisoning, Quality, Rake Surveillance Contracts & evaluation on the basis of key performance indicators and closure
  • Documentation: Managing Coal Documentation Cell-EDRM Clearance, E-Payment, RR, Coal bills, GCV Report, weighment Report, Supplementary Rakes & Performance Benchmarking
  • Surface Transportation and Auction rake: In order to full fill the requirement of coal at plant ,auction rakes give a better feed .By coordinating with Railways and placing the indents we used to take e-auction rakes also successfully
  • Team Development & Growth: Make plans to develop subordinate by internal/on-job training, continuously monitor & review targets for all team members.
  • Demonstrated a high level of initiative and creativity while tackling difficult tasks.
