I hold a Doctorate in Management, a Master’s in Human Resource Management, a Master’s in Commerce, and an EPHRA from IIM Lucknow, reflecting a strong foundation in both theory and practice.

My career encompasses leadership roles in academia and over four years as an HR Executive in IT and non-IT organizations, providing strategic insights in talent management, organizational development, and HR operations. As Director of the Centre of Excellence in Strategic Human Capital Management, I have designed and executed training programs, workshops, and HR Tech Summits, integrating contemporary HR practices with real-world applications.

I am actively engaged in research, with publications in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals, presentations at international conferences, and multiple patents in HR and management domains, underscoring my commitment to innovation. I also serve as a VTU PhD Research Guide for three scholars.
