• Assisted in stabilizing vendor helpdesk and PO based invoice processing
• Conducting two-way or three-way match making as per requirement for quality control and auditing payments entries
  and making payments to vendors as per schedule
• · Maintaining an accuracy tracker, TAT, and making sure invoices are paid on time.
• · Business development through remote transition receiving downloads from the onshore team during line training and
  mentoring to trainees for financial activities.
• Daily, Weekly, and monthly accounting activities Prepared ACH checks, electronic payments, and wire batches. Weekly:
• Making reports for accounting codes to be sent to facilities for process improvement. Monthly: Created DTP (downloaded transaction process) for newly learned activities
