• Developed and implemented a data ingestion and preprocessing pipeline for Atlas, an AI-driven platform transforming CPG firms' insights by leveraging consumer reviews and unstructured data.
• Processed a vast corpus of consumer reviews and ingested data into a dedicated HiveMetastore, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Engineered a robust data preprocessing pipeline that extracts granular information such as product brand, category, and metadata using PySpark, LLMs, and advanced NLP techniques.

ENGINERRINGS SPARE OPTIMIZER:

• Developed an interactive ThoughtSpot dashboard enabling clients to identify areas of opportunity for inventory cost savings and access granular details about each spare part in their manufacturing sites.
• Optimized spare parts inventory by refining the reordering strategy, using a genetic algorithm to simulate various scenarios and determine the optimal reorder point for each part.
• Implemented an end-to-end pipeline in Azure Databricks, which automatically reads data from SAP tables, runs optimization models, and exports results for ThoughtSpot visualizations for client use.
• Conducted simulations based on multiple random scenarios to ensure robust and adaptable inventory management, improving efficiency and cost control.
• This solution provided a total cost benefit of around 2.6M Euros to the client by optimizing their inventory holdings.
