  • Worked with the team of 6 members and successfully increased the uptime of BPL-10.This contributed to increase of uptime improvement up to 7.3% and resulted into highest production in a single day which was 198.3 metric tons.
  • Implementation of changes in Line parameters accordingly and in a effective manner so as to get reduced Filter c/o downtime by 2 hours as well as reduction in film breaks by 30% from last year's average.
  • Primary task is to alter micron and product recipe in such a way so that to obtain less than 1.5% in First Hand Rejection of the Production as per plan.
  • Secondary task is to continuously maintain the Conversion Ratio factor (CR) to 1.13 and also not to lessen the monthly efficiency from 87%.
  • Ability to comprehend planning requirements and apply prioritization skills is also a Organizational activity to be followed.
  • Reduce Program C/O waste by 10% from last year's average is additional task and in addition to that Zero Loss time injury (LTI) should also be followed as per safety norms.
  • Functional Task include the following up of slitting hand-over to be more than 75MT/day where average micron should be above 18.5 micron.
  • Proposed some changes in the parameters of the standard recipe including material change, temperature changes throughout the line as well as the drawing ratio in 12 micron BOPP film giving more stability and run ability was increased by which we could run machine on higher speeds.
  • Highlighted a idea that developed the qualities of the specialized product such as in the case of the product named HST (LCF) where me and my team reduced the film haze value down to 1.9% which was lowest ever recorded in that product by changing the recipe of polymer material and other line parameters.
  • Observed production work and made corrective actions to optimize performance. Escalated concerns to management and helped develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversaw inventory and product stock to develop and maintain inventory controls resulting in cost savings and reduced overages.

  • Mid-driven Advanced e-Bicycle (2017 – 2018) -Our project concentrated on increasing the range by advancing the bicycle with introduction of electrically driven mechanism.
  • The idea is to combine gear system with electric motor and batteries while also availing pedal drive.
  • Project also introduced disc brake for effective braking power.
  • Our project took the idea of using bicycles and increasing its travel range by providing electric drive assistance to serve the similar purpose.
  • There exists electric-bicycles in the market in form of Hub Motors, but we changed the position of motor in order to have balanced weight distribution and many other advantages.
  • Advantages included more power and torque input, easy repairing of motor, variable speed output.
  • Published a research Paper in IJSRSET.
  • All-Terrain Vehicle (2015 – 2017) -This is the best platform to build an All Terrain Vehicle of unique design and test it on real field tasks.
  • The title contenders have to go through a series of real life situation challenges where not just the durability of the vehicle but also the team's breaking point would be put to test.
  • Apart from all this,the participants gets the golden opportunity of interacting with the top car manufacturing giants in a unique Auto Expo; with a networking platform which may pave the way for their career.
  • They might also be able to ride on some of the top on road brands of sports car on a real on road terrain.
  • Dual Axis Solar Tracker (2014 – 2015) -The design of the tracking system is that a single solar panel is mounted on a U shape beam.
  • With the panel mounted, it will track the sun throughout the day.
  • The panel in this design will be able to rotate freely in four directions.
  • The panel is to be placed in the North to South direction using a manual gear.
  • The manual gear consists of a circular gear called "the pinion." The pinion engages the teeth on a linear gear bar called "the rack.“Rotational motion applied to the pinion causes the rack to move, thereby translating the rotational motion of the pinion into the linear motion of the rack.
  • The North to South adjustments will need to be performed every month. The panel is to be set on the East to West rotation by using an actuator motor.
  • The actuator motor automatically sets the angle for the best efficiency.
  • Thus the primary benefit of a tracking system is to collect solar energy for the longest period of the day, and with the most accurate alignment as the Sun's position shifts with the seasons.
