- I have had the opportunity to participate in the Rishi Kashyap Swasthya Seva Yatra 2 years in a row, 2018 and 2019 under the NATIONAL MEDICOS ORGANISATION (NMO) where our team along with various other teams rendered free out patient services to some of the remote villages of Jammu & Kashmir state.
- In a health programme organised under the NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS), i have been part of a team which targeted the school going children as the audience for healthcare related to menstrual hygiene.
- I have actively participated in voluntary blood donation camps organised by my college during my undergraduation years.
- I have been part of an awareness program conducted by the preventive and social medicine department of my college where we conducted an awareness skit twice, regarding Addiction and deaddiction.
