HR Senior Analyst with extensive experience in human resources management and a proven track record in optimizing HR processes. 1. Manage the HCM operations processes for EMEA locations, in alignment
with the global/ regional compliances and business directions, managing
employee data administration, including HRIS and other HCM systems to
ensure accuracy and timely maintenance.
2. Maintain a detailed understanding of HCM data and validation mechanisms in
each system; work with technology partners and HRO vendors to investigate
issues & queries, assess impacts and formulate and propose solutions as
required.
3. Execute HCM Operations processes and ensuring appropriate service delivery
support with accurate and timely processing of information with all HCM
Operations stakeholders globally, maintain the SLAs.
4. Ability to understand and adhere to the standard operations and controls,
determine compliance with policy, apply/ recommend corrective actions
with guidance from supervisors. Own and update changes, champion strong
documentation practices.
5. Works with Global team members to provide advice / guidance to clients and
stakeholders external to HCM (i.e. Payroll).
6. Key contact for managing issues and escalations related to HCM Operational
procedures across the region including postings on Root Cause Analysis,
initiation of Risk Tickets etc.
1. Handle employee requests through the RPD ticketing tool
2. First point of contact for customer, answering queries on policy, procedure and
redirects non-HR queries as required
3. Facilitated queries regarding absence management, on-boarding, work
arrangements (EMEA, USA, UK), and all other simple and complex queries
4. Scheduling interviews for candidates through Workday
5. Handle employment verification requests for IND, USA, UK regions and
background verification for IND region
6. Provide training to new hires, team members and review their work to provide
feedback
7. Assist and provide support to the team regarding doubts and questions about
the processes on a day-to-day basis
8. Facilitate exit process including scheduling exit interviews, sending RAL,
absence management, relieving letter
9. Handle HR mailboxes and answer queries
