Shreya Mittal

Shreya is an accomplished legal professional, public policy enthusiast with more than a decades experience across diverse role and portfolios around research, public policy development and strategy, drafting, advisory, teaching and mentoring. She has been studying, developing and analyzing law and regulations around international migration, criminal laws, climate and sustainability and infrastructure projects. Here to establish collaborations for effective knowledge transfer, sharing of experiences & best practices to enable the development of effective policies, strategies and partnerships towards solutions that are hyperlocal, replicable, scalable and implementable in nature to address concerns around climate change.

• Invited in capacity of an expert to deliver a lecture on the “Issues faced by a legislative drafter in India” and judge the legislative drafting competition at the centenary event, ILS Law College, Pune. (2023 &2019 respectively)
• Awarded the PP RAO Gold Medal for RANK 1 in the subject of Jurisprudence presented by the then Chief Justice of India during Masters of Law, LL.M (2015)
• Awarded the All India Certificate of Merit by Central Board of Secondary Education for outstanding performance, English Literature (2008)
• Submitted a dissertation during LL.M on “Diluting Conceptions of Sovereignty in the era of Globalization: A critical analysis” at the Indian Law Institute (2015)
