  • As a Senior Recruiter, I spearhead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across multiple departments, aligning recruitment objectives with business needs and ensuring seamless hiring experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Manage domestic hiring mandates across functions, adhering to region-specific compliance and hiring norms
  • Source and engage with candidates, schedule interviews across time zones, and align hiring practices with client expectations
  • Work closely with hiring managers and to ensure alignment with talent needs and cultural fit
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across verticals including Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Design, IT, Legal, and Data Intelligence at all levels
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft tailored job descriptions, and obtain stakeholder approvals
  • Design and execute recruitment plans aligned with defined hiring KRAs and timelines
  • Source talent through platforms like Naukri, Resdex, LinkedIn, and IIMJobs, while also leveraging internal referrals and our careers page
  • Conduct candidate outreach, telephonic screenings, and role pitches to attract top-tier talent
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews in real-time, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Utilize the TurboHire platform to manage candidate data and project tracking efficiently.
  • Lead collaboration calls with stakeholders to align on hiring needs and deliver regular updates
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure recruitment objectives are met within deadlines
