  • Governance on Rejoiner/Reactivated Impersonators: Action against impersonator rejoiners/reactivated DEs involved holding a portion of their extra payout (based on ₹45/₹35 per Delivery Executive order). This collaboration across Governance, TnS, BizFin, and Payouts resulted in a ₹58.98 lakh hold in April '25, yielding 7.5% CPO savings with an estimated 90% recovery. Additionally, this resulted in a reduction of impersonation and recycled DEs coming from this cohort.
  • Onboarding Source Reliability Analysis: We created a weighted average analytical framework to identify the sources that are working really well at a city level, and similarly, the sources/channels contributing to higher fraud rates.
  • Reseller Abuse: Identified and flagged delivery executives placing self-orders of packed items, indicating potential reseller abuse. Developed and implemented a rule-based system to track such cases, enabling approximately 1pp incremental enforcement. Introduced an impersonation hold mechanism during peak periods (Christmas and New Year) to mitigate abuse.
  • Incorrect Onboardings :-Designed and launched a product to detect and deter FR's behavior, including self-referrals, bonus misuse, and dual-sided profiteering during onboarding. Enabled FR payout hold, driving approximately 4p impact.
  • Device Level Frauds: Uncovered device-level fraud by analyzing delivery executives in specific zones using shared or connected devices (via Shield) to exploit incentive and bonus structures. Enabled targeted interventions to curb systemic abuse.
  • Dashboard Monitoring: Monitored and analyzed multiple dashboards in real time, identifying and prioritizing critical anomalies and MOs to drive prompt action and issue resolution.
