(OUI) is an insurance agency in the USA that offers specialty insurance for the forest products industry.

This agency deals with both Timberland Liability and Hunt lease Liability, providing adequate needs to the community for better insurance coverage.

CRC Norman Spencer:

This agency particularly deals with endorsements, renewals, and cancellations of policies. In endorsements, we receive requests for adding and cancelling drivers in vehicles, for which we follow dedicated SOP, followed by sharing request completion email to the client.
This report will provide information pertaining to Name and Policy no of the insured, Date of endorsement, along with file attached to the report.

Responsibilities:

Non-Voice.

• Handling extreme client demands and providing service with the best optimized solutions.
• Updating the information if there have been any changes in the activities, location, or risk factors that affect the coverage in the policy.
• Generating and sending invoices to clients for underwriting services.
• Monitoring and recording payments received and ensuring they align with the agreed terms.
• Reviewing and adjusting billing based on policy changes renewals or claims.
• Addressing any questions or issues related to billing with clients.
• Adequate & Complete knowledge in generating reports for both Agent and Renewal policies for Applied EPIC (application used to generate reports) requested by the Client.

Voice.

• Attending and handling calls from the client side whenever there is a requirement on rush for smoother handling of the process.
• Answering and assisting premium queries via ZOOM/Chat Channel by ensuring quality service.
